NoteBelow stores only the account and job information needed to run PDF-to-Notion workbook conversions. Notion access tokens are used only on the server and are never exposed to the browser.

Original PDF files are used only for the conversion job and are deleted after processing. Rendered page images may be kept in secure storage so the generated Notion workbook can display them.

NoteBelow is currently a free beta and does not collect payments. During beta, additional credits may be granted manually by the operator. Payment and refund policies will be announced before paid checkout is enabled.

NoteBelow may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to improve product quality and understand marketing performance. These tools measure product flow events such as page visits, button clicks, upload steps, and conversion outcomes.

Analytics events are designed not to include sensitive data such as PDF contents, uploaded file names, Notion access tokens, or user email addresses.

NoteBelow may display advertising through Google AdSense. Google and Google-certified advertising partners may use cookies or similar local storage for ad serving, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and frequency capping.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, NoteBelow uses a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) to present choices for advertising cookies and personalized ads. Users can consent, decline, or manage options.

You can learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services at https://business.safety.google/privacy/. Users can also manage ad personalization and cookies through Google ad settings and browser or device controls.
